Pinterest Fail Success! Sloppy Cupcakes…

Hello, dear readers! Firstly, I’d like to apologize for having been M.I.A. for so long… has it been two months? Holy smokes! Well, I suppose anything goes, given the title of my blog! Ha! The truth is, I started a new full-time job a couple of months ago, so I’ve unfortunately been neglecting certain aspects of my life, including blogging!

As an occupational therapist, I’m a strong advocate of work-life balance… gosh, do I ever need to start practicing what I preach!!! Talk about a shoeless cobbler! Well, they say it can take up to 3 months to adjust to a big lifestyle change. So I’ll be stepping up my game over the next month, I suppose! Anyway, I’ve got a few ideas for new blog posts in the works, so don’t give up on me yet!  Today I’m here to share the exciting news of my very first Pinterest Fail success!

What? How can failure be a success? Well, I believe that we learn some of our most important lessons from our failures. What doesn’t kill us makes us stronger, right? Hmm, how about I save the inspirational talk for later… today, I’m keeping the topic light! Remember this post I wrote a while back on strawberry lemonade cupcakes? Well, it has earned me a feature on the hilarious blog PinterestFail.com: Where Good Intentions Come to Die! If you’re a fan of Pinterest, you’ll love this website! It’s worth a look if you’re in the mood for a chuckle! My fail is on the first page at the moment! Here’s the photo below! Or check it out on Pinterest Fail by clicking HERE!

I kind of feel like I’m back in Girl Guides again… I’ve earned a badge for making it onto Pinterest Fail! Behold, the official badge of epic Pinterest fails!

That’s all I’ve got for now! It’s a beautiful evening so I’m getting myself outside! Thanks for stopping by!

Peace!
